The oxidant for use with Schwarzkopf BlondMe blonde bleaching and coloring products is based on a highly concentrated mineral oil. Perfectly smoothes the hair structure, gives the optimal level of hydration and makes the lightening process gentler to the hair structure. In addition, it has less water in the mix, less dilution of dyes, alkalis and peroxide. As a result, it was possible to obtain an even higher concentration of active ingredients, and thus the hair gains a beautiful shine and nice appearance. 

The available concentrations of the Schwarzkopf BlondMe Premium Developer oxidant:

• 2% - 7vol.
• 6% - 20vol.
• 9% - 30 vol.
• 12% - 40 vol

Use in the proportions described on the brightening cream or brightener leaflet. Follow the instructions on the package strictly.
