HOW TO USE
- Apply one coat of Bond-Aid pH balancing Agent to each nail
- Allow to dry
- Apply one coat of Base Coat to a single nail, making sure to cover the entire surface of the nail
- Immediately dip the same nail at 45 degree angle into the OPI Powder Perfection Color Powder
- Tap off excess powder
- Repeat on the other four nails
- Complete one nail at a time to prevent the OPI Powder Perfection Base Coat from drying too quickly
- Tap off excess powder
- When dry to the touch, use a sanitized cosmetic brush to wipe off any remaining loose powder
- Apply a second coat of OPI Powder Perfection Color Powder by repeating the same application
- Apply one coat of OPI Powder Perfection Base Coat to each nail
- Dip each nail at 45 degree angle into OPI Powder Perfection Clear Color Set Powder
- Tap off excess powder
- Use a cosmetic brush to dust off any excess powder
- Apply 1 coat of OPI Powder Perfection Activator to each nail
- Allow 1 to 2 minutes to dry
- While the OPI Powder Perfection Activator dries, complete all those steps on the other hand
- Once the Activator is completely dry, contour the surface if needed by gently filing with a 180 File
- Buff with a 100/180 File
- Smooth te surface if needed with a 220/280 File, use a light hand when filing and buffing to avoid filing through the color powder layers
- Use a cosmetic brush to remove filing dust
- Apply a second coat of OPI Powder Perfection Activator to all five nails
- Allow 1 to 2 minutes to dry
- File and buff the other hand
- Apply two coats of OPI Powder Perfection Top Coat to each nail
- Allow 1 to 2 minutes to dry between each coat
- Repeat this application on the other hand
- You have now an awesome manicure !
